Understanding fees

What you keep, what LocalPulse takes, what the buyer pays.

You keep 100% of the ticket price

If you list a ticket for $20, you receive $20. The buyer sees the ticket price + a service fee added on top.

Service fee

Standard tier: 7% of the ticket price with a $1 minimum. Founding Creator / Founding Venue / Pro tiers get a reduced rate (2% off — see Plans & Pricing). The fee covers Stripe processing plus LocalPulse's cut.

Why a $1 minimum

Stripe's flat 30¢ per transaction plus their percent means very cheap tickets can lose money without a floor. The $1 minimum keeps small tickets viable.
