Checking in Vibers at the door
Scan tickets, check in RSVPs, and see who showed up.
Who can check people in
The event owner, approved co-hosts (event_creators), the venue owner, and admins.
Ticketed events
On the event page, tap "Ticket check-in". On mobile, scan buyers' QR codes with your camera. On web, look up buyers by name in the list and mark them in.
RSVP events
On the event page, tap "RSVP check-in" (or "Check-in RSVPs at Door" in the app). Search by name, tap Check in. If you check in the wrong person, tap Undo.
How it affects PULSE
When you check someone in, they also count toward the venue's live PULSE heat for the next 2 hours — so the map lights up as the door fills.
