Viber, Creator, Venue — plus the tiers that unlock more.
Viber (default)
Everyone starts as a Viber. You can RSVP to events, buy tickets, check in at venues, follow people and venues, rate places you've been, and post moments after you check in. If you never upgrade, this is what you have — and it's the majority of the app.
Creator
Approved creators can publish events on the feed, get tagged on lineups, broadcast to their followers, and Go Live from their check-ins. To become a Creator, apply from your profile settings — see the "How to become a Creator" guide.
Venue Owner
Venue Owners have claimed a venue's profile. They can create events at that venue, edit the venue's info (hours, photos, vibe tags), broadcast to venue followers, respond to ratings, and Go Live from check-ins. Claim your venue from the venue's page.
Tier badges (all stack on top of your role)
Founding Viber: legacy badge + Go Live 5-min sessions, 3× per week + early access. Pro Viber: 5-min Go Live up to 5× per week + 2× LocalPulse reach on invites you send. Founding Creator: badge + 3 featured events/month + 30-min Go Live unlimited + full analytics + AI insights + verified check + 7% fee ($1 min). Pro Creator: 3 featured/month + verified + no Go Live session cap + full analytics + AI + DM any venue + 5% fee ($1 min). Venue Starter: 1 featured event/month + claim + basic analytics + 7% fee. Venue Pro: 5 featured/month + verified venue + full analytics + AI + DM creators + 5% fee. Venue Enterprise: unlimited featured + verified across every location + enterprise analytics + AI across all venues + 5% fee.
How to upgrade
Open Plans & Pricing from the account menu (web: /pricing). Checkout for paid tiers is web-only. Once you subscribe, your badge + entitlements activate immediately.
